Receptionist for swimming hall – active part-time work during the day

We are now looking for a service-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused receptionist for our operations at Trampoolin Swimming Schools, located at Friskis & Svettis Parkmöllan, Barkgatan in central Malmö.

About the position

The position is approximately 20 hours per week, spread over 4 weekdays during the day.

There is also an opportunity to work every other weekend from 08:00 to 16:00.

This is a practical and active job, where you are on the move for most of the day and responsible for both customers and the facility.

Job responsibilities

As a receptionist with us, you have a broad and important role in the daily operations. Your tasks include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers (children, parents, and adults)
• Taking bookings, answering questions, and managing customer schedules
• Selling coffee, simple food, and products
• Managing purchases for the reception
• Ensuring the reception is staffed, functional, and welcoming

In addition to traditional reception work, practical work in the facility is also included, such as:

• Cleaning the swimming hall and changing rooms
• Scraping and rinsing floors
• Ensuring that the premises are clean, safe, and pleasant

This is not a sedentary job. You will be actively working throughout your shift and are expected to be present, attentive, and engaged in the operations.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys talking to both children and adults
• Has an understanding of hygiene and order in swimming and changing environments
• Prefers to work actively rather than sitting still

Previous experience in reception, customer service, café, or similar is advantageous, but the right attitude and work ethic are the most important.
